If your question is not here, call (512) 559-4350 or bring it to the complimentary consultation. Sixty minutes is enough time for all of them.
Integrative medicine looks at the whole picture rather than an isolated symptom. At Vital Health that means beginning with measurement that takes weeks rather than minutes, ordering the panels a standard workup leaves out, and reading the whole chart before deciding anything. It is why a first visit here is sixty minutes rather than fifteen.
The first visit is a complimentary sixty-minute consultation. We hear what is bringing you in, and we tell you whether Vital Health is the right fit. There is no cost and no obligation.
Yes. Sixty minutes, no cost. Ask for it on the contact page or by calling (512) 559-4350, and the clinic will call you back to find a time.
Three practitioners see patients: one MD and two nurse practitioners, working from one coordinated chart. Dr. Joseph Feste, who founded the practice, is now in an advisory and educational role and no longer sees patients. The patient stays with the practice rather than with a single name.
No. Vital Health does not work with insurance at all, and care here is paid for directly. We also do not provide superbills to submit to an insurer yourself. The complimentary sixty-minute consultation still costs nothing, and it is the right place to ask what your care would involve and what it would cost before you commit to anything.
Yes. Health savings account and flexible spending account cards are accepted.
Recommended labs are paid through Vital Health on a cash basis. Insurance does not typically cover the full panel, so it is not billed through a plan.
For patients on the hormone program, follow-up visits are included. What follow-up looks like for other services is worth asking about at the complimentary consultation.
Yes. Vital Health specializes in hormone replacement therapy with bio-identical hormones for women and men, tested quarterly and adjusted at micro-dose precision against your labs.
Yes. Vital Health offers semaglutide and tirzepatide as physician-supervised programs, for patients who have tried diets and exercise and still struggle with weight management.
Peptide therapy works best when it is personal. Every protocol is guided by your labs and goals, and recommended only when your full clinical picture supports it.
Exosomes are extracellular vesicles generated by cells in the body. They carry nucleic acids, proteins, lipids and metabolites, and are studied for their role as cellular messengers involved in inflammation signaling and tissue repair pathways.
Testing we may review includes DNA testing, Galleri multi-cancer early detection, GlycanAge biological age, next-generation sequencing, Cognivue cognitive assessment, carotid ultrasound, HRV and body composition, heavy metal testing and GI MAP. These tools do not replace clinical judgment; they are integrated into your care rather than offered as an afterthought.
